All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit.
Shoes must be returned in their original box (if came in one) and placed inside an additional protective shipping box.

Return shipping fees are to be covered by the customer, unless the item is damaged, then Perfectly Chic Boutique would pay for the returned shipping.
♡ Undeliverable Packages: If the address provided is incorrect and undeliverable by USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate $5.00 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address.Shipping will not be refunded.
